Effective Date Definition
The effective date of coverage is:
- The date requested on the application form.
- The date Azimuth Risk Solutions receives the completed application and premium payment.
When Benefits Begin
Coverage starts at 12:01 AM on the effective date and continues until the end of the coverage period specified in the certificate.
Evidence of Insurance
Upon approval, students receive a Certificate of Insurance as proof of coverage. This document outlines all benefits, limitations, and exclusions, and should be carried by the insured at all times during travel.
